Enrollment

Registration packets are available for pickup in the main office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 2:30pm. 

The following documents will be needed in addition to the enrollment paperwork to complete all student enrollment: 

• Proof of Birth: Government-issued Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records: The student’s Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate (shot record signed by the child’s physician or county health department). Visit the Knox County Schools Immunization page for more details.
• Recent Physical Examination: Proof of a physical exam within 30 days of enrollment
• Proof of Residence: One of the following—gas, water, or electric bill dated within the last 60 days. A lease or deed will also work. If the utility bill and/or lease agreement is in the name of someone other than the parent/guardian, that individual must provide the utility bill and/or lease agreement, along with a notarized letter confirming that the parent/guardian and children reside at the address.
